From raw materials to finished products, our fully automated cookie production line realizes full-process automation, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring consistent quality across batches. The process is as follows:
Raw Material Feeding and Weighing:
The negative pressure conveying system precisely proportions ingredients like flour and sugar with an error margin of ≤0.5%. The system is fully enclosed, ensuring a dust-free environment, eliminating contamination. Ideal for large-scale automated biscuit production.
Dough Mixing:
The intelligent dough mixer automatically adjusts water temperature, speed, and time based on preset formulas, ensuring dough consistency and uniformity for efficient production and high-quality output.
Forming and Baking:
The dough is uniformly rolled into sheets by the calender, and the automatic forming machine cuts out various cookie shapes, which are then conveyed into the tunnel oven via a chain conveyor belt. The temperature, humidity, and conveyor speed in the oven are linked through the PLC system, ensuring consistent color and taste with each batch, reducing production errors and waste.
Cooling:
After baking, the cookies enter a multi-layer mesh belt cooling tunnel, where they are rapidly cooled in a precisely temperature-controlled environment to meet packaging requirements, maintaining the best texture and appearance.
Packaging:
The automatic arranging machine sorts the cookies, and the pillow packaging machine completes the integrated operation of bagging, sealing, and coding. Some models can be extended to automatic boxing. The entire production line can be monitored by just 6-8 people, reducing labor costs significantly.
